Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Home Sure Appliance Repair. By scheduling or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Home Sure Appliance Repair provides diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial appliances throughout Texas. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Service availability may vary by location.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We ask that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to be present during a confirmed appointment may result in a trip charge of up to $75.

3. Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee is waived when you proceed with the recommended repair at the quoted price. The diagnostic fee covers the technician's time to identify the root cause of the appliance issue.

4. Estimates & Pricing

All repair estimates are provided in writing before work begins. Final pricing is based on parts and labor required. Parts pricing may be subject to market fluctuation. We will notify you of any changes to the quoted price before proceeding.

5. Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor for repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or pre-existing unrelated conditions.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and electronic payment. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency.

7. Liability Limitation

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of food, property damage unrelated to our repair, or lost profits.

8. Hazardous Conditions

Our technicians reserve the right to decline or stop work if they encounter unsafe conditions, including gas leaks, electrical hazards, or structural issues beyond the scope of appliance repair. We will advise you to contact the appropriate professional in such cases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
