When the oven cavity won't heat, runs the wrong temperature, or bakes unevenly, it's usually an element, sensor, or igniter. We diagnose and fix it.

On electric ovens, a failed bake element ($150–$280) is most common. On gas, a weak oven igniter ($190–$340). A bad temperature sensor can also prevent proper heating.
Usually a failing temperature sensor ($130–$240) or a door seal letting heat escape. Sometimes it's just calibration drift, which is a free user fix — we'll tell you if that's all it is.
Most repairs run $130–$450. Sensors and elements are the common, lower-cost fixes; control boards are the higher end. Built-in wall ovens and premium brands run more but are worth repairing.
If it's calibration drift, many ovens allow a user calibration offset — a free fix we'll walk you through. If the sensor or element has actually failed, that needs a technician.
We advise against it during peak summer — self-clean generates extreme heat that strains your AC and can stress oven components. Spring and fall are better, and we check for self-clean-related damage during service.
